The resident engineer office of NITK Surathkal is responsible for construction and maintenance of buildings( Academic, Residential, Hostel, Guest House, Student Activity Centers, Campus Schools, campus commercial complex) ,Water Supply System, Roads, Gardens, Electrical Supply And Installations Including Diesel Generators Sets, Institute Vehicles, Sports Ground, Waste Disposal Management, Sport Facilities and Swimming Pools. The Resident Engineer Office prepares the proposals and estimates and execute the work based on departments/centers/hostels/residential requirements of the institute.
